Abstract
The UPSCALE project, supported and inspired by Partner Country Higher Education Institutions (PCHEIs), aims to ensure that the HEI system addresses the challenge of reform policy implementation on graduates tracking by monitoring their transition towards the labour markets as well as their employment status through the implementation of dual career paths. SO1: To promote monitoring the higher education (HE) graduates’ employability and build-up national consensus between the key stakeholders involved in PCs, by Month 36; SO2: To enrich and advance the legislative and normative framework on HE graduates’ employability at the national and institutional levels in PCs, by Month 36; SO3: To develop and pilot Dual Career paths by each PCHEIs, by Month 36; SO4: To strengthen the capacity of PCHEIs staff to develop and release graduates’ employability tracking, to deliver efficient career guidance services and promote the professional insertion of students and graduates in the labour market, by Month 36. The following results/outputs which are expected to be achieved: (1) National Country profile on Graduates` employability (1) Pilot Graduate Employability Tracking Survey (1) Toolkit for university procedures for tracking graduates’ employability (5) University Career Guidance Centres (UCGCs)/ staff trained (5) DHE study programmes /altogether 100 students enrolled (1) Pilot Graduate Employability Tracking Survey
