Purpose of equipment
System for high-resolution genomic analysis is currently one of the most sophisticated systems for genomic analysis in the world. It is a standard equipment for tertiary centers worldwide, where research is focused to the study of the genome from different perspectives (DNA, RNA, methylation, ...). The described system is the best solution for efficient, optimal, precise and modern genomic analysis on many areas of research within medicine - genomic analysis are important in most medical fields (genetics, oncology, neurology, cardiology, therapy effectiveness,...).

The system for genomic analysis is located at the Clinical institute of medical genetics. Other researchers have the access to this system (contact Luca Lovrečić). We provide support for the use and data analysis.
