The interview emphasised the importance of proper planning of urban and school environment in terms of accessibility and preservation of green spaces, trees and their use in play by children. It turned out that in Slovenia we lack proper legislative solutions on the use of natural resources in the school environment for the needs of the educational process, which limits children’s spontaneous outdoor play.
