10th CFGBC Symposium organised together with ISBE (Infrastructure Systems Biology Europe) and CASyM (Coordinated Actions Systems Medicine Europe) workshops and a 3-day hands-on tutorial Systems Biology/Medicine: "SysBioMed 2015", Ljubljana, June 30 - July 3, 2015. The European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) has granted 8 European CME credits (ECMEC) to participants attending the workshop and the hands on tutorial: 5 ECTS for doctoral students (oral presentation of poster obligatory), 3 ECTS for diploma and masters students (Subject: Functional Genomics in medicine). During the visit Sir Roberts delivered two lectures entitled "Crime agains humanity" at the University of Ljubljana (at his inauguration for the Doctor of Honor of the University of Ljubljana") and at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ljubljana, as well as a number of interviews to the public media. From 30th August till 4th September we organized in Postojna, Slovenia, the 2015 European Cytoskeletal Forum conference with the title »The three Cytoskeletal Systems: Paralleles, Connections and Mechanisms of Human Disease Development«. The conference had a particular emphasis on the mechanisms of disease development of a number of epithelial and neurodegenerative disorders, some types of cancer and their link to cytoskeletal elements. There were 26 invited speakers and in addittion 22 short lectures, and there were in total 90 delegates from 21 countries (Europe, America, Canada, Singapore and Australia).
