Uniform surface growth of copper oxide nanowires in radiofrequency plasma discharge and limiting factors

We prepared a substrate for detection of gaseous molecules with uniform distribution of copper oxide nanowires. Moreover, we analyzed the influence of various plasma parameters on the nanowire growth as well as for the first time enlighten the underlying physics principals of nanowire growth at plasma conditions. The scientific publication was published in journal Physics of Plasmas.
