Thermooptical broom for rapid biomolecular accumulation was presented at an invited talk at the trinnial conference about optical micromanipulation. Its efficiency was demonstrated by a rapid 60-fold local concentration increase of 5.8 kbps dsDNA and spatial separation of binary colloidal mixture.
