The project leader collaborated in the analysis of the genomic and transcriptomic sequences of four varieties of the halotolerant yeast A. pullulans (var. pullulans, melanogenum, subglaciale, namibiae). Slovenian researchers had a leading role in the sequencing project. At the here described congress the project leader presented the results of the project. The results will also be published in a scientific article – the manuscript is in preparation.
