Patent application is based on projects results obtained during experiments when we tried to introduce large bacteriophage DNA into bacterial cells. Described technique is a novel approach in production of DNA vaccines.

We investigated the importance of bio-pesticides to manage plant diseases for which there is no effective chemical protection. Bacteriophages have potential to become an important component of the integrated management of plant diseases.
