The big five personality-entrepreneurship relationship: evidence from Slovenia

The article investigates the psychological determinants of entrepreneurial start-up decisions and intentions by contrasting entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs as regards the big five personality factors (openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism) by using data from Slovenia. Entrepreneurs' creativity and firm innovation: the moderating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy

The article examines creativity of entrepreneurs and links it to firm innovativeness. The model, which links creativity of entrepreneurs to firm innovativeness, by taking into account moderation effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, was developed and empirically tested on data obtained by a survey.
