PhD Thesis: Single nucleotide polymorphisms of the chromosome segregation genes involved in the development of gastric cancer.

PhD thesis of Junior Researcher (JR) Mary Rogar carried out at the Medical Centre for Molecular Biology (MCMB), Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana [Mentors: Radovan Komel and Petra Hudler], in the context of doctoral studies at the University of Nova Gorica, which was held in cooperation with the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) in Trieste, Italy. Thesis was successfully defended at the University of Nova Gorica on 26 7. 2016.

PhD thesis of Anerja Mešić, a student from Bosnia and Herzegovina, carried out at the Medical Centre for Molecular Biology (MCMB), Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana [Mentors: Radovan Komel, University of Ljubljana, and Izet Eminović, University of Sarajevo], in the context of doctoral studies at the University of Sarajevo, which was held in collaboration with doctoral studies on BIOMEDICINE at the University of Ljubljana. The thesis defense will be at the University of Sarajevo in May 2017.
