Solution derived Ba[sub](0.5)Sr[sub](0.5)TiO[sub]3 thin films

In the lecture Chemical SOlution Deposition of Ba[sub](0.5)Sr[sub](0.5)TiO[sub]3 thin films was described. The phase composition, microstructure and dielectric properties of the films rapid thermally annealed at 900 oC were presented and discussed.

Ferroelectric materials in microwave devices

In the lecture at the Seminar on Radio Communications, Ljubljana, 25.-27. September 2013, possible applications of ferroelectric thin films in microwave range were discussed. Large voltage tunability of dielctric permittivity can be used in antennas or phase shifters.
