Research groups at synchrotron facilities have recently showed interest in the software we are developing. In collaboration with Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste and ESRF, Grenoblu, we started adding new components for these purposes. The first result is a publication at the most influential conference in the field.

COBISS.SI-ID: 1536058307We organized a workshop at the Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX) for their graduate students on the topic of the use of advanced techniques for genetic data analysis. The event was very successful, so we are discussing further collaboration of this kind.
