The work was oraly presented at the International Conference on Radiation and Dosimetry in Various Fields of Research (RAD2015). The measurements with RadFET sensors with multichannel reader in the test radiation filed (Sr90) were presented. Also first results from diamond test detector were presented. The response of the sensors in radiation field was also compared to simulation.
