The involuntary state/feel-like construction

The paper discusses the feel-like construction and shows how aspect cannot be blamed for its special meaning. As we show an analsysis along the lines of MArušič and ZAucer 2006 makes perfect sense.

Multiple wh-fronting can be optional, too

Contrary to what is standardly assumed that multiple wh-fronting is obligatory, the paper discusses wh-movement in Slovenian and shows that multiple wh-fronted need not be obligatory. Interesting theoretical consequences are discussed.

A decompositional analysis of almost

The English adverb almost is discussed. It is shown how we can decompose it and what it's compositional semantics looks like. Consequences for the semantic theory of morphological composition is discussed.

A definite article in the AP

The Slovenian TA is discussed in light of its position inside the AP. Given that it only occurs in APs and given it's meaning, it is proposed that TA is actually a definite article that quantifies over degrees. A nice parallel between APs and DP emerge.

An argument for wh-fronting in the Slovenian DP

This paper discusses comple wh-phrases which on top of a wh-word include also the head noun and potentially other adjectives. IT is shown that inside such complex DPs, wh-words do indeed move so that there is wh-fronting even inside a DP.
