Advancement of forest tending in fragmented forest ownership

Realisation of planned tending activities in Slovenia is low compared to other European countries. This is due to close to nature management, but also due to small owner interest and lower subvention fund in last years. Therefore it is important to develop strategies and policies that will encourage owners to co-operate in all aspects of forest management.
