The use of stable isotopes to determine the authenticity and geographical origin of milk and dairy products

Food analysis using isotopic techniques-proficiency testing scheme

The report includes results on the intercomparision analysis organized by EUROFINS, France three times per year. In this scheme the results on the isotopic composition of C and N in casein from cheese were presented.

The use of specific methods for determination and prevention of adulteration of milk and dairy products

In December, we visited a dairy Celeia and prepared the presentation at their Annual General Meeting. Results of the project were presented with a special empasis on the results related to their samples in comparison with other results.
