Food analysis using isotopic techniques - proficiency testing scheme

In this report results obtained within intercomparision scheme Food analysis using Isotopic Techniques - Proficiency Testing Scheme - FIT-PTS 2011 Round 2 are sumarized. This excercise is organized by EUROFINS, France three times per year. In the presented study the casein isolated from cheese was included as a sample.
