The lecture contained the overview of the theoretical background for the understanding of the knowledge transfer process in the organizational context, presentation of the study of factors contributing to the interorganizational knowledge transfer and conclusions in terms of the influence of multiplexity on knowledge transfer.

In this article we analyse the change management process using the case of the Royal Dutch Shell company and demonstrate, how the management of the company managed to realize important changes at the company level using different mechanisms of employee involvement.
