In 2011 in the scope of the subject Pharmaceutical Chemistry III, part of the undergraduate curriculum at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Ljubljana the English version of the textbook Medicinal chemistry III: laboratory practice and seminars was published starting from its previous Slovene version where the postdoctoral project leader authored the chapter: Introduction to molecular modeling.
