The head of the project was invited to give a lecture at Annual Joint Symposium & Exhibition Florida Chapter of American Vacuum Society (AVS). He presented numerous applications of such plasma with an emphasis on modern fields of interdisciplinary science including modification of cardiovascular implants for better biocompatibility.

He presented capabilities of his plasma reactors for application in processing of advanced materials as well as some technologies developed by his group with an emphasis on ones protected by his international patents.
