1.
Stepwise formation of crystalline apatite in the biomimetic coating of surgical grade SS 316L substrate

Methodology for deposition of crystalline apatite is elaborated. This approach increases biocompatibility and decreases risk of immune response

2.
Characterisation of methacrylate monoliths for bacteriophage purification

Adsorption of bacteriophages having different structures was investigated. Monoliths with different pore size and ligand density were tested. It was shown that the profile of dynamic binding capacity depended on bacteriophage shape what is new finding.

COBISS.SI-ID: 3940728
3.
Optimization of lytic phage manufacturing in bioreactor using monolithic supports

Description of the newly developed method for monitoring of released bacterial genomic DNA and its correlation with bacteriophage concentration is given. On this base an optimal termination time is determined, which enable to obtain highly purified bacteriophage due to the absence of DNA cleavage.
