Building new catalytic sensors with plasma-nanostructuring of metals

The invited lecture was presented at the conference by project leader. The advantages of plasma nanostructuring of metal surfaces were outlined, especially for increased sensitivity. The molecules or atoms are better and more efficiently recombined in the nanowire arrays rather on flat surfaces.

Special Issue J. Phys. D on Plasma Nanoscience

The project leader was guest editor of the special issue on Plasma Nanoscienceof J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys. journal, which represented the overview of the work on the field. According to the number of web downloads, this issue was the top read edition of the journal in year 2011
