The foundation of Slovenian Energy Strategy during the Centrally-Planned System (1945-1950)

Paper is focused on the policy of energy supply in the second half od 1940s in the time of planned communist economic system. The main objective of authorities was to provide the long term stability and sustainibility of energy suplly which was considered as a precondition for industrial development and general wellbeing of population and society as a whole.

Die Bergleute des Kohlebergwerks Leše (Liescha) bei Prevalje (Prävali)

Kohlenbergwerks Leše was in the period of 1835 and 1856 the biggest and most important coalmine in Slovene territory. It was the energy source for the ironsworks in Prevalje, also technologically the most advanced company in the 1840s in Slovenia. The interrelations of both companies is discussed and author also discuss the social impact of coalminig in Leše.
