Book of abstracts of the 11th Symposium of Physicists of the UM, the so-called Christmas Symposium

Traditional symposium of physicists of UM, so-called Christmas Symposium, taking place on 6-8 Dec 2012 , which is predominently national meeting, but with strong participation of distinguished physicists from abroad (Europe, Japan, USA). We had 42 participants, among them 26 invited speakers from Slovenia and 9 from abroad. Prof. M. Robnik is the main organizer. The editors of the Book of abstracs are Marko Robnik and Dean Korošak.

Prof. M. Robnik delivered two invited lectures at the international conference Foundations and Advances in Nonlinear Science, Minsk, 24-28 Sep. 2012, and an invited lecture at the international conference Self-Organization in Complex Systems: The Past, Present and Future of Synergetics, Delmenhorst, Germany, 13 - 16 Nov. 2012, in honour of Prof. Hermann Haken on his 85th anniversary. Prof. V. Romanovski delivered invited lectures at the three international conferences: Symbolic Computation and its Applications, Aachen, Germany, 17-20 May 2012, The 5th International Conference on Recent Advances in Dynamical Systems, Guangzhu, China, 25-27 June 2012, and Workshop on Dynamical Systems and Related Methods, Shanghai, China, 3-6 Nov. 2012.
