COBISS.SI-ID: 6915705Based on the results of the project, it was proposed to amend the legislation, namely the Regulation on the types of objects depending on the complexity (Official Gazette no. 37/2008 99/2008). It is proposed to change the types of objects depending on the complexity of the simple objects in a way that also included the water reservoir of simple structures, namely up to 500 m3 (formerly 100 m3), in non-complex facilities and increase the volume of reservoirs, which are considered unpretentious from 1000 m3 to 5000 m3.
