We discovered that dimerization of TIR domain fusion significantly improves the inhibition of TLR signaling. We prapared a fusion between TIR domain of MyD88 adapter with the N-terminal domain of the bacterial TcpB and with artificial dimerization domain GCN, which additionally improved inhibition.
