3.
Inhibitory peptides of the MyD88 dependent signaling pathway

The field of invention is a new inhibitory peptide containing a segment which inhibits the activation of MyD88. The invention comprehends the inhibitory peptide and its application for treatment of disease states connected with excessive activation of the innate immune response.

4.
Synthetic biology : from understanding to design of cellular machines

Synthetic biology : from understanding to design of cellular machines : lecture at The finnish scientific society for Biosciences, Societas biochemica, biophysica et microbiologica Fenniae, Science forum, ChemBio 2011

B.04 Guest lecture

COBISS.SI-ID: 4625690
5.
Patent application of TLR signaling inhibitors based on TIR domain fusion

We discovered that dimerization of TIR domain fusion significantly improves the inhibition of TLR signaling. We prapared a fusion between TIR domain of MyD88 adapter with the Nterminal domain of the bacterial TcpB and with artificial dimerization domain GCN, which additionally improved inhibition.
