Article, which has been published in a well-renowned Austrian journal, combines two analitical approaches: a thorough theoretical investigation into the concept of a state governed by the rule of law and a meticulous survey of implementation of particular elements of the rule of law with particular emphasis on Slovenian constitutional adjudication.
