We have constructed two models of archaeal lipids from archaea Aeropyrum pernix (AI and AGI) for Molecular Dynamics simulations. After the publication of the article, the models will be available to other users of Molecular Dynamics simulations for studying the processes at the molecular level, in conjunction with experimental data.
