Identification of the relations between the Key performance indicators of the company

With the integration of the EFQM model, the company doesn’t identify all information’s about processes KPI’s, which manufacture products and services, and business results. In this context the company doesn’t have a transparent evaluation of resource inputs in efficiency of the implemented EFQM model in the management system. With the model for identification of the Key Performance Indicators, the company acquire a transparent assessment of input sources in the implemented EFQM model.
