We analyzed factors which influence adherence to perimenopausal hormone replacement therapy and with it on therapeutic efficiency and cost effectivness. We showed, that quality counseling can improve both.

Pregnancy rates after embryo transfer before hysteroscopic metroplasty were significantly lower, both in women with subseptate and septate uterus and in women with arcuate uterus compared with controls. . Differences in terms of live birth rates were even more evident. After surgery, the differences disappeared. For quality infertility treatment, uterine septum must be properly managed.
