This document describes the project requirements and describes solutions of the problem of the acquisition of production data by means of the terminals and directly on the machines. The functionalities of the underlying software are described. The system will allow acquisition of all relevant data and determination of the process model.

Analysing the relationship between process parameters and product quality

In order to find the relationship between the process parameters and product quality the logistic regression was applied. The problem was strong correlation between the parameters of the input raw materials. Possible solution of the problem is suggested by adopting the Principal Component Analysis.
