Pharmaceutical composition comprising poorly soluble active ingredient and hyperbranched polymer

In this patent application we describe the preparation of solid dosage form containing poorly soluble active compound glimepiride and water-soluble poly(esteramide) hyperbranched polymers with significantly improved solubility of antidiabetic drug glimepiride.

Rok Rudež finished his BSc degree. The theme of his work was the synthesis of polyester dendrimers, which is also one of the objectives of this project.
