Electrochemical EDTA recycling with sacrificial Al anode for remediation of Pb contaminated soil

The feasability of EDTA recycling using sacrifical Al anode and conventional single-chamber electrolytic cell at alkaline pH was investigated. Recycled Al-EDTA complex retained similar Pb extraction potential as original Na2-EDTA salt. Paper was published in journal with a high impact factor.

After extraction of Cu contaminated sois the feasability of EDTA recycling using sacrifical Al anode and conventional single-chamber electrolytic cell at alkaline pH was investigated. Recycled Al-EDTA complex retained the same Cu extraction potential as original Na2-EDTA salt. Paper was published in a leading journal with a high impact factor.
