Washing of metal contaminated soil in a closed process loop

The feasibility of the novel soil remediation technologies for Pb, Zn,Cd and Cu contaminated soils was studied. Novel technologies, based on removal of EDTA and toxic metals using (electrochemical) advanced oxidation processes were developed for recycling of process water in a closed process loop.
