The existence and the activities of antioxidative net ubiquitous in humans and animals are described. The expected results were the basis for our project. Up to date obtained results show a correctly planed experiments and positive conclusions.

Effect of supplemented CoQ10 during 20 days feeding with fodder enriched with water soluble CoQ10 is described. For this purpose 37000 chickens, provenience ROSS308, were used. Tests were done in optimal breeding and healthy conditions. Our study showed the increase in concentration of CoQ10 in meat tissues and that the concentration of cholesterol was slightly reduced. Obtained meat was used as a superior raw material in the production of functional food based on poultry meat with increased amount of CoQ10. From fortified poultry meat different final products were prepared and evaluated.
