ADP-ribosylation factor guanine nucleotide-exchange factor 2 (ARFGEF2): a new potential biomarker in Huntington's disease.

We used new machine-learning approaches to reanalyse existing microarray transcriptomic data and identified new potential biomarkers. We have successfully validated expression differences in two genes ARFGEF2 and GOLGA8G as potential biomarkers for Huntington disease

Interleukin 7 receptor alpha polymorphism rs6897932 and susceptibility to multiple sclerosis in the Western Balkans.

The results of this study indicate that other types of genome variants should be required for the development and/or progression of multiple sclerosis, which may vary among populations.
