With electronic microscope we imaged isolated microvesicles from different body fluids of human and animals. We found that microvesicles are present in isolates from all body fluids and that they differ in size and shape with respect to their origin.

Theoretically and experimentally we have described stability of fusion pore of peptidergic vesicles. We found that the narrow neck which connects the vesicle with the membrane is stable due to orientational ordering of membrane constituents in the neck.
