Magnetofection of plasmid DNA into melanoma cells with magnetic nanoparticles exposed to magnetic field

With an optimization of mass relation between magnetic nanoparticles and nucleic acids, concentration of nucleic acid, the lenght of cellular exposure to an external magnetic field and incubation time we refined magnetofection of plasmid DNA, containing reporter gene, into malignant mouse melanoma cells B16F1.
