Algorithm for the modelling of discrete dynamic system's model with fixed structure and varying parameters that are modelled with Gaussian process models is proposed and described in the paper. This model structure represents the basis for gain-scheduling control design.

Identification of the Gaussian process model that describes occupancy-queue relation in urban traffic is given in the paper. The contribution of the paper is application of Gaussian process modelling for modelling based on highly uncertain measurements with large noise which suits the modelling method very well.
