Ferri-liposomes, a novel MRI-visible drug-delivery system, enabled successful tumor treatment by efficient cysteine cathepsins inhibition

In this lecture, it was presented the application of magnetic nanoparticles encapsulated inside liposomes under the influence of external magnet which targeted both, the tumor and its microenvironment. The system enables the delivery of other therapeutics under the same principle and it is of general importance. This work was widely accepted with great interest.

The issue contains 24 invited authors. In their papers, they describe current status in the field of proteolysis with possible development in the future. The authors are among the best in their fields.
