Darwin's bark spider : giant prey in giant orb webs (Caerostris darwini, Araneae: Araneidae)?

In this publication the authors reported that the webs of the spider Caerostris darwini are the largest known, and tested the hypothesis that the evolution of such webs enabled the spiders to target unusually large prey.
