The natural science analyses and restoration of the ancient textiles.

PAJAGIČ BREGAR, Gojka is the leading Slovene restorer of textiles and systematically uses natural science methods in her work (analyses of the composition and durability of fibres and colours), tackling the most demanding conservation/restoration procedures (yarn from the Ljubljana Mars, lace from Valvasor’s tomb, Coptic fabrics).
