Economy, law and revolution

In this paper the question of economic sanktions are discussed in the 20.th Century Slovenia. Economic sanctions were used as a tool for correcting "unjust history" and establishing a new form of "justice". They were based on the instrumentalisation of the legal norms in the unchanged context of the “state of law” or “Rechtsstaat” in the period between the world wars or in the context of the revolutionary law of 1945.
