»Golden prize« of the University of Ljubljana for extraordinary achievements in developing scientific, pedagogical and art creations in 2011.

Prof. dr. Tanja Mihalič received a distinguished award of the University of Ljubljana for the development of joint Erasmus Mundus programme EMTM (European Master of Tourism Management), which is run together with two foreign schools (University of Southern Denmark, Denmark and University of Girona, Spain).

Organiser of EMAC Conference

EMAC Conference is the largest scientific conference in Europe in the field of marketing. It provides a yearly forum for the presentation and discussion of research projects in various stages of development. Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana hosted in 2011 the 40th annual conference with more than 700 international participants.
