Development of the training program for mentors of supervised practice of psychologists

With the developed educational program for training mentors of supervised practice of psychologists we started to build a network of mentors who will supervise a year of practical training after the completion of academic training in psychology. Educational program trains psychologists with appropriate competencies and experience to properly mentor graduates, so that the results of the one-year training are optimal. The program increases the quality of psychological services. Supervised practice, which follows the European guidelines, is a new systemic solution for training of psychologists.
