Key elements and aspects of dialogic communication with subordinates

This result is an example of Metka Kuhar's cooperation with the company for mediation and moderation based on the principles of dialogue and non-violent communication - Humus Ltd. On 7th June 2012, M. Kuhar along with Robert Kržišnik from Humus conducted a communication seminar for leaders of small companies, which was organized by CEED Slovenia (Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development). The themes were: empathetic listening and empathy, assertive communication, dialogue, constructive expression of negative and positive feedback.
