1.
Concentrating rotaviruses from water samples using monolithic chromatographic supports

Article demostrates application of monoliths for concentration of viruses being present in extremely low cocnentrations.

COBISS.SI-ID: 1920335
2.
Depletion of high-abundance proteins from human plasma using a combination of an affinity and pseudo-affinity column

High-abundance proteins interfere with detection of proteins present in low concentrations in plasma. Simple selective method using monoliths is presented for their removal and consequently improving detection of low concentration proteins.

COBISS.SI-ID: 30266117
3.
Rapid high-performance liquid chromatographic analysis of adenovirus type 5 particles with a prototype anion-exchange analytical monolith column

Articles describes chromatographic method for in-process monitoring of adenovirus particle purification process

COBISS.SI-ID: 3614072
4.
Preparation of pharmaceutical-grade plasmid DNA using methacrylate monolithic columns

Article describes development of novel monolithic supports bearing hydrophobic moieties enabling selective purification of human grade plasmid DNA. Plasmid DNA size is comparable to bacteriophage size. Purification protocol is important since it demonstrated possibility of separation plasmid DNA isoforms, demonstrating possibility, to separate very similar bacteriophages using monolithic supports.
