Characterisation and optimisation of ion-exchange chromatographic monoliths for plasmid DNA isolation

Doctoral thesis investigates behavior of differently sized plasmids (up to 62 kbp) on monolithic chromatographic supports having different pore sizes and ligand densities. The larges plasmid size is over 300 nm and thus comparable to large bacteriophages.
