Determination of antioxidants in medicinal herbs

On the international conference Healthy Nutrition and Public Health in Brasov, Romunia the results of analyses of selected medicinal herbs (elder (Sambucus nigra L.), barberry (Berberis vulgaris L.), rowan tree (Sorbus aucuparia L.), coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara L.), linden (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.), thyme (Thymus vulgaris), milfoil (Achillea millefolium) and plantain (Plantago lanceolata L.)) were presented as a plenary lecture.
